Yaar Yatir

Ya'ar Yatir is the winery's flagship wine, a blend based primarily on Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes, along with a number of grape varieties that vary depending on the quality of the harvest that year. The wine is aged for about a year and sometimes more in small wooden barrels and then undergoes an additional two years of maturation in the bottle. The wine is ideal for aging in the bottle and develops for at least a decade after harvest.
